Brisbane Full Day Meditation Lifestyle Workshop

Held at our Meditation and Yoga Centre in Kurilpa Street West End. A lovely quiet street just a stones throw from the Brisbane River, you’ll feel miles away from the city.

Our meditation lifestyle workshops take a holistic approach by offering food for the soul, relaxation for the body and peace for the mind.

  • Discover deep relaxation and breathing methods to relieve built up tension, stress and anxiety.
  • Experience serene chanting of sacred mantras, guided meditation and an enlightening talk on the timeless wisdom of the yoga texts to help improve all areas of your life.
  • Learn simple and effective meditation techniques that you can apply in your daily life to help with your overall health and wellbeing.
  • Stretch and relax the body with the ancient Chinese exercise system known as chi-kung which promotes all over energy and health, or learn simple yoga poses which increase flexibility, strength and tone all the internal organs of the body, bringing about balance and harmony.
  • In the afternoon pair up for our hands on life-enriching class, where everyone gets a chance to give and receive.
  • Enjoy a delicious wholesome vegetarian buffet-style lunch, with a different theme offered at each workshop.
  • Relax, unwind and adopt positive lifestyle habits.
