Our meditation lifestyle workshops take a holistic approach by offering food for the soul, relaxation for the body and peace for the mind.

  • Discover deep relaxation and breathing methods to relieve built up tension, stress and anxiety.
  • Experience serene chanting of sacred mantras, guided meditation and an enlightening talk on the timeless wisdom of the yoga texts to help improve all areas of your life.
  • Learn simple and effective meditation techniques that you can apply in your daily life to help with your overall health and wellbeing.
  • Learn simple yoga poses which increase flexibility, strength and tone all the internal organs of the body, bringing about balance and harmony.
  • In the afternoon pair up for our hands on life-enriching class, where everyone gets a chance to give and receive.
  • Enjoy a delicious wholesome vegetarian buffet-style lunch, with a different theme offered at each workshop.

2012 Dates

March 31st – Introduction into Yoga
In this workshop you will learn proper alignment and techniques and how you can incorporate the art of yoga breathing into your practise to enhance your yoga experience.

May 26th – Ayurveda – Discover your Dosha
Ayurveda is the 5,000 year old “Science of Life” from India. It is described in the ancient texts as the art of living in harmony with nature. In this workhop you will discover your dosha (body type) and learn how to incorporate different foods and activities into your lifestyle to help you to achieve balance, harmony and good health.

July 28th – Indian Head Massage
An Indian head massage will re-energise your body and mind, allowing tension to slip away. This ancient technique has been practised for over a thousand years in India. It is both therapeutic and a rejuvenating beauty treatment with many wonderful benefits.

September 29th – Aromatherapy Facials
This indulgent treatment offers an aroma facial cleanse, gentle exfoliation, facial massage, mask, hot towel and moisturise. The essential oils will relax your body and calm your mind.

November 24th – Ayurveda Cooking – Balancing your Dosha
In this workshop we will demonstrate seven authentic Ayurvedic dishes and give tips and advice on how to balance your dosha to help you to achieve optimum health.
