Yoghurt Mint Chutney

This chutney is absolutely delicious served with samosas, pakoras or as a side dish with Indian curry or dhal. Yoghurt and mint are known for their cooling properties, so this chutney is a great accompaniment for hot and spicy dishes.

Yoghurt Mint Chutney

Ingredients

  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 5 tsp sugar or honey
  • 3-4 sprigs mint leaves, chopped
  • Salt

Method

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
