Hatha yoga classes increase flexibility, strengthens and tones muscles, balances hormones, cleanses and flushes all the internal systems of the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. Includes meditation, relaxation and kirtan.
Gentle streching and breathing for every body. In this class you’ll gently loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Classes include kirtan, meditation and relaxation.
A flowing hatha yoga class, harmonising movement with breath to energise the body and focus the mind. It will increase your aerobic fitness, invigorate your body and deepen your asanas. This challenging class is suitable for students familiar with alignment and muscle control. Includes meditation, relaxation and kirtan.

Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of yoga relaxation and mantra meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. This class feels blissful and helps you to experience perfect rest and recuperation. Fully guided breathing, relaxation, kirtan and meditation. The two classes are very similar, however Refresh and Relax is a shorter class and is a perfect pick-me-up after a day’s work, while Deep Peace Meditation has a longer kirtan that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.

Beautiful, heartfelt singing of sacred mantras accompanied by musical instruments like harmonium, guitar and drums. Kirtan is usually practiced as a call and response with one person leading the singing and everyone else joining in afterwards. Participation in Kirtan focuses the mind very easily and naturally on the beautiful spiritual sound vibrations, which have the effect reawakening one’s spiritual consciousness. Kirtan lifts the spirit and brings joy to the heart.
