Namaste. Come and join us each Wednesday night for a relaxing evening of meditation. In this class you will learn how to calm your mind and deal with stress and anxiety. Fully guided breathing, mellow kirtan (chanting of sacred mantras) and meditation that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
