Namaste. We invite you to the beautiful Kirra Hill Community Centre on Garrick St. You’ll find it easy to relax and unwind in our tranquil and refreshing hatha yoga and meditation programs. These community classes are an opportunity for everybody to experience the deeply rejuvenating and uplifting benefits of hatha yoga and meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel. In conjunction with the Gold Coast City Council we offer a variety of free hatha yoga and meditation classes across the Gold Coast. For further details see Gold Coast Community Classes.
Hatha yoga classes increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, balance hormones, cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. Classes includes meditation, relaxation and kirtan.

Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of Yoga Relaxation and Mantra Meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress and anxiety, and help to relieve tension and calm the mind. This is 45 minutes of bliss. It feels wonderful and is the perfect way to experience rest and recuperation. This class will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.

Meditation for self-realisation. Beautiful kirtan (chanting of sacred mantras), guided meditation, a fantastic vegetarian dinner and an inspiring talk that explores the spiritual essence of yoga.
