ASM Collingwood Weekly Programme

Hatha Yoga

This class features flowing and strengthening stretches to get energy and circulation moving. It includes breathwork and meditation to quiet the mind and full body relaxation, leaving you with a sense of inner peace and calm.

Tuesday & Wednesday Evening – 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Tuesday Morning – 9:00 – 10:15 am
Thursday Morning – 7:15 – 8:15 am

Easy Yoga Class

For those new to practicing yoga asanas or those wanting to get some more beginner tips to enhance their practice. We will learn basic yoga asanas, breathing techniques and meditation.

Friday Evenings 6:00 – 7:00pm; Begins 3rd Sept.

Deep Peace Meditation

Guided breathing, relaxation and meditation that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
Thursdays 6:00 – 6.45pm.

Breathe and Relax

Experience the benefits of focussed breathing with gentle movement (chi kung), mantra breath meditation and complete body relaxation. Suitable for everyone.
Wednesday and Saturday 9:00 – 10:00am.

Kirtan Meditation

Everyone is welcome to join in with beautiful sacred kirtan meditation (chanting). Whether you are a beginner or a long time meditation practitioner, you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and satisfied.

Vegetarian Cooking Class

Come and experience healthy lifestyle tips and learn more about how being vegetarian can enhance your daily outlook on life. Classes run monthly. Includes a delicious lunch.

Sunday Spiritual Gathering

Join us for beautiful sacred Kirtan meditation, a guided meditation, an inspiring talk on the timeless wisdom of yoga and a fantastic vegetarian feast.

The chanting of sacred mantras can transport you to a place of peace and harmony and reawaken your spiritual consciousness. The guided meditation enables you to rest the mind and body and relax. This is the perfect time to inquire about spiritual topics, make new friends and cultivate your spiritual garden.

Winchelsea Day Retreats

Every month we hold a Saturday retreat at Winchelsea, (20min past Geelong).It is great to get out of the city and get some fresh air. Activities include feasting, chanting meditation, yoga, sports or just take a nice walk in the country. Also, it is a chance to inquire about meditation and make new friends.
