ASM Collingwood Weekly Programme

Hatha Yoga

This class features flowing and strengthening stretches to get the energy and circulation moving. It also includes breathwork and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.

Tuesday & Wednesday Evening – 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Tuesday Morning 7:15 – 8:15am and 9:00 – 10:00am

Saturday Morning 9:30 – 10:45am

Easy Hatha Yoga

Gentle streching and breathing for every body. In this class you’ll loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Class include meditation and relaxation.

Deep Peace Meditation

Guided breathing, relaxation and meditation that will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
Wednesday 9:30 – 10:15am.

Kirtan Meditation

Everyone is welcome to join in with beautiful sacred kirtan meditation (chanting). Whether you are a beginner or a long time meditation practitioner, you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and satisfied.

Vegetarian Cooking Class

Come and experience healthy lifestyle tips and learn more about how being vegetarian can enhance your daily outlook on life. Includes a delicious lunch.

Lara Day Escape

Bring balance and wellbeing into your life with this half day retreat. This laid-back Saturday afternoon features meditation, yoga, chi kung and an amazing vegetarian buffet dinner.

Sunday Spiritual Gathering

Join us for beautiful sacred Kirtan meditation, a guided meditation, an inspiring talk on the timeless wisdom of yoga and a fantastic vegetarian feast.

The chanting of sacred mantras can transport you to a place of peace and harmony and reawaken your spiritual consciousness. The guided meditation enables you to rest the mind and body and relax. This is the perfect time to inquire about spiritual topics, make new friends and cultivate your spiritual garden.

Join us for our uniquely designed escape experience; offering loads of exciting things to do, featuring yoga, meditation, live kirtan, adventure activities, workshops, jam sessions and more!

This 5 day/4night escape will give you practical skills that you can apply in your life to achieve a calmer mind, a healthier body and inner peace, all whilst having fun and meeting like minded people!

Discover Meditation Courses - Collingwood

Meditation offers you the experience of awareness, restfulness, relaxation and calmness in mind and body. It also helps you to develop clarity and wisdom and gain a greater understanding of life.
